Positive Photo Stream
Here in this flickr photo stream, it's clear in these pictures that the photographer sky dived during their experience in Libya. I like how in the pictures you can see the beauty in Libya, that the media never seems to portray. The photo stream also shows many Libyans and how they display their patriotism, like the littler girl with her face painted, and the man with the countries flag. It was just refreshing to see such positve images of a "middle eastern" country.

I loved looking through all these beautiful pictures! Like you said, I and most of the world constantly sees the negative and depressing aspects of Libya. I think the picture of the plant titled "New Life" symbolizes a great deal because tons of people are dieing trying to bring in democracy and this shows that new life is such a blessing. I wonder who decided to put all these pictures together or when. Maybe they figured it was time to show another side of Libya.
